Prices

All prices are displayed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include Danish VAT where applicable.

For international purchases, your bank or card provider may convert the payment into your local currency. The final amount may vary depending on the exchange rate applied.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment

Von Kryt ApS accepts payments by Dankort/Visa-Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay and Apple Pay.

All payments are processed securely using encrypted connections to protect your payment information.

Payment will only be charged when your order is shipped.

We do not charge any additional payment fees.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to Denmark and selected international destinations.

Shipping within Denmark

-Delivery to a parcel shop: DKK 39.
- Free parcel shop delivery on orders over DKK 800.
Levering med omdeling: 55 kr.
- Free home delivery on orders over DKK 1,600.

International shipping

International shipping costs depend on the destination and are calculated at checkout.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Production and Delivery Times

Our fine art prints are produced to order and are usually ready for shipping within 2–5 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method. International deliveries may take longer due to customs processing.

If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable Danish and EU consumer protection rules.

This right applies to both art prints and postcards, even when the prints are produced to order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us clearly within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@poulankerbech.dk kontaktformular eller ved at skrive til info@poulankerbech.dk

You then have another 14 days to return the items.

Returns

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning items, unless otherwise required by law.

Please package returned items carefully to prevent damage during shipping.

You may inspect the items as you would in a physical shop. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and condition of the items.

Refunds

If you cancel your purchase within the applicable withdrawal period, we will refund the purchase price and the original standard delivery cost, as required by law

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We will issue your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or proof that they have been sent back.

Additional costs for choosing a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard delivery option are not refundable.

Complaints and Faulty Products

Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, consumers have a two-year right to complain about defects.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, photographs.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for valid complaints.

The right to complain does not cover damage caused by improper handling or use.

If we cannot reach an agreement, eligible consumer complaints may be submitted to the Danish consumer complaints system through Nævnenes Hus at www.naevneneshus.dk. www.naevneneshus.dk.
